Tai Chi for Balance and Qigong for Health

Qigong and Tai Chi are both part of an ancient Chinese system of

exercises and meditations that help to calm the mind,

improve balance, cultivate health, well-being and long life.

Easy to learn and can be done standing, seated or even lying down.

Molly Gallant as teacher extraordinaire! She offers private group lessons as well as 

Spanish speaking classes. Her contact information can be found on the contact page.



Maryann is pleased to announce that she has been certified

 by Dr. Fuzong Li for his "Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance" program and Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program.

   Both programs are certified, evidenced based programs recognized by the CDC.

She also recently passed her Evidence Based Qigong exam with Dr. Yang Yang! Yippee!
