Welcome to The Flowing Motion

Tai Chi for Balance and Qigong for Health

Qigong and Tai Chi are both part of an ancient Chinese system of

exercises and meditations that help to calm the mind,

improve balance, cultivate health, well-being and long life.

Easy to learn and can be done standing, seated or lying down.

World Tai Chi Day 2016 was a huge success!

Thank you Eve and Jeff for being in my demo,

and thanks to all of you who came to help support Tai Chi!
